Job description

Lead the design of the production process flow for company products, including SOP preparation and tooling fixture selection, to ensure production capacity meets standards.

Optimize production line balance through working hour analysis and improve target production efficiency.

Resolve technical problems at the production site and address issues with production equipment during the manufacturing process.

Analyze root causes of defects in production equipment and lines, improve processes, optimize fixture combinations, and enhance employee work efficiency.

Supervise and monitor the use of semi-automated equipment and fixtures.

Develop operation and maintenance instructions for semi-automatic equipment integrated into the production line.

Ensure process compliance with Indonesian SNl standards and the company's ISO 9001 system requirements.

II. Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or automation.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PE in the small home appliances or consumer electronics industry, with familiarity in the production of motor products (e.g., shaver motors).
3. Proficiency with technical drawing software (such as 2D/3D CAD), in English or Chinese.
4. Acceptance of a 6-day workweek.
5. Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to high-intensity work environments.
6. Priority given to candidates with a K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) training certificate recognized by the Indonesian government.
