Production Engineer (Injection Division)

Job Descriptions

• Design molds and implement improvements in the injection process.
• Create reports on mold designs and improvements to injection process.
• Troubleshoot issues in the injection process to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and ensure that molds, machines, and supporting equipment are ready for production.

Requirements

• Minimum education of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Design, Materials Technology, or an equivalent field focused on plastics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
• Proficient in using CAD software (SolidWorks or Onshape).
• Good understanding of mold design, injection parameters, and the plastic injection molding process.
• Demostrate strong analytical thinking skills to effectively solve production problems.
• Responsible, highly motivated, and capable of multitasking.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga.
