Job description

About this Position We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Production Engineer to join our Indonesia Henkel team. This role is responsible for executing operational engineering plans by implementing safety, quality and financial measure specifically for Production Department and generally for site level.

What you´ll do

  • Maintaining and improving the integrity of production with safety and quality systems through the machines, equipment, process and manpower at regular time basis.
  • Basically, ensure all the resource working at the best condition to avoid bottleneck and downtime in process, also minimize nonvalue added.
  • Aware and could perform management of change that may involve multi-stakeholders
  • Implement and develop Total Productive Maintenance methodology
  • Plan and execute continuous improvement activity/program/project
  • Drive efficiency, effectiveness, cost oriented and active maintenance activities at plant
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Industrial) and science (chemistry)
  • Fresh Graduate or experience (at manufacturing process, max 2 year)
  • Have knowledge on problem solving methods and approaching (PDCA, DMAIC and etc)
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and business
  • Good knowledge in end to end of process production to ensure compliance of customer requirement, industrial specification and International Organization for Standardization
  • Good knowledge about safety, quality and production process basics
  • Able to conduct effective communication and presentation in order to conduct effective training and coaching related if necessary.
  • Have great working responsibility
  • Fluent in English
