REQUIREMENT

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the food or beverage industry, especially in the production of ice cream or similar products.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.

3. Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of food/beverage production processes, especially dairy-based products.
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or other food safety standards.
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.

4. Managerial Skills:

• Ability to lead and manage a production team.
• Mastery of production planning and control.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.

5. Additional Skills:

• Good communication in local language and English.
• Data analysis skills (e.g. using Excel, ERP, or other management software).

6. Personal Characteristics:

• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Adaptive to changes and innovations in the production sector.

7. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop production schedules based on company needs and market demand.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the production team.
• Ensure employee safety in the production area.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and international standards.
• Manage the use of raw materials to minimize waste and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with supply & purchasing department to ensure availability of production materials.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Produce regular production reports for senior management.
