Overview:

A growing jewelry company is seeking a highly trustworthy, organized, and proactive Inventory & Production Coordinator to fully own the product journey—from raw materials to finished goods and fulfillment. This role is essential to keeping production flowing smoothly, inventory accurate, and systems clear and efficient.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of inventory and production management, ensuring all products are accounted for, timelines are met, and stock is well-maintained across all sales channels. This is a foundational role with strong potential for long-term growth and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the full inventory and production lifecycle, from materials to finished goods
2. Track and manage inventory across multiple locations
3. Maintain accurate records and lead regular stock audits
4. Coordinate production schedules and manage communication with vendors and internal teams
5. Support fulfillment and restocking for retail, e-commerce, and stockists
6. Organize systems for labeling, packaging, and product tracking
7. Help implement and manage a global inventory system
8. Collaborate with finance to support costing and inventory valuation

Requirements:

1. High integrity, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of ownership
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Experience with inventory systems or willingness to learn
4. Relevant experience in the jewelry industry is highly valuable
5. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
6. Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools
7. Eagerness to grow into a leadership role over time
