We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our production operations, warehouse and administrative functions.

In order to perform the required job, the applicants should be able to accomplish the following tasks:

  • Coordinate and oversee production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
  • Prepare and process various administrative documents, such as purchase orders, invoices, and reports
  • Record and monitor production costs, material consumption, and labor hours
  • Help identify cost discrepancies and report findings to management
  • Assist in preparing cost reports, variance summaries, and data for budgeting
  • Track inventory levels and support stock reconciliation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
