About the role

As a Production Analyst & Controller Associate at Sewu Segar Nusantara (Gunung Sewu Group), you will be responsible for analysing and reporting on the company's manufacturing operations. This full-time role is based in Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten, and will be a crucial part of the company's efforts to optimise its production processes and improve overall efficiency.

What you'll be doing

Collecting, organising, and analysing production data from various sources

Preparing detailed reports and presentations on production performance, identifying trends and variances

Collaborating with production managers to investigate issues and recommend solutions

Assisting with the implementation of new production processes and technologies

Monitoring and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Providing support to the finance team in areas such as budgeting and cost control

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering or Statistics.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production analysis or manufacturing control role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data

Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management principles

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights

Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to work
