Job summary

Hanwha Life Indonesia is hiring for an AI software engineer to move AI from experiments to production-ready solutions used across the organization. You will build scalable LLM and RAG platforms, design AI agents, and own end-to-end delivery from build to operate.

You will work across Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Sales Support, and Contact Center, deploying solutions on AWS and on-premise, with strong ownership and collaboration. A portfolio of real-world AI projects is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software/service development with Python, TypeScript or Go.
• Hands-on with LLM, RAG, Agent Engineering & Vector Search.
• Experience in data management including collection, cleaning, and transformation.
• Hands-on data processing in a Lakehouse environment.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and self-directed learning; portfolio of real-world AI projects valued.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable LLM & RAG platforms.
• Design and develop AI Agents & AI Assistants.
• Transform AI experiments into production-ready solutions.
• Develop AI solutions for business challenges across Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Sales Support & Contact Center.
• Design and operate solutions across AWS and on-premise environments.
• Take end-to-end ownership from build to operate.
