Job description

Production Admin will be responsible to assist the Production Manager in creating, inputting, and uploading data, preparing production reports, and distributing documents. The essential role is supporting production in achieving high‑quality performance and providing valid data as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports and database.
  • Data entry and document filing.
  • Stock update.
  • Prepare Purchasing Weekly Spend (PWS) and submit to Purchasing after approval from Production Manager.
  • Prepare production worker attendance checklist each month, collect permit and leave forms, and submit to HR.
  • Assist Production Manager to develop Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction as required.
  • Participate in effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
  • Perform QC (quality control) function on related processes according to standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum D3 education level majoring in engineering or a technical discipline.
  • Good understanding of technical drawing and familiarity with drawing software such as SketchUp, CorelDraw, or AutoCAD (advantage).
  • At least 1 year of related administrative work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for accurate data entry.
  • Fast learner, multi‑tasking ability, and adaptable to change.
  • Effective communicator and English proficiency (advantage).
  • High motivation, good interpersonal skills, and teamwork capability.
  • Knowledge of production processes, SOPs, and work orders (advantage).
  • No health issues.
