Job description
Provide technical assistance to clients who are using the company's products
Investigate and help clients issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
Visit customers with sales team to support them in terms of Product Knowledge, Product Application, installation, and training for users.
Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs
Provide training to sales team on how to use the company's products
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in the same position & same industry for at least 3 years
Experience in handling Gearmotor/PLC/HMI, and other related products
Experience to train Sales & Users on how to use the products
Ability to speak and write in English is preferred
Own a personal vehicle and have an active driving license
