Job description
  • Provide technical assistance to clients who are using the company's products
  • Investigate and help clients issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
  • Visit customers with sales team to support them in terms of Product Knowledge, Product Application, installation, and training for users.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation, such as knowledge base articles and FAQs
  • Provide training to sales team on how to use the company's products

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in the same position & same industry for at least 3 years
  • Experience in handling Gearmotor/PLC/HMI, and other related products
  • Experience to train Sales & Users on how to use the products
  • Ability to speak and write in English is preferred
  • Own a personal vehicle and have an active driving license
