Job summary

Laku6 is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to assist the product team at our Indonesia office. You will help collect stakeholder feedback, draft clear requirements, and support sprint execution with engineering and design teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in product management, technology, e-commerce, or user experience.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Curious, self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of product workflows (requirements, wireframes, QA) is a plus.
• Experience with Figma, diagramming tools, or prototyping tools is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: translate stakeholder feedback into clear product requirements with objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Operational and Administrative Support: assist in inquiries and identify improvement opportunities in processes.
• Product Development: support sprint planning, work with engineering and design, prepare user stories and release notes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: support launches with operations, marketing, engineering, and support teams.
• User Experience: assist usability tests and gather feedback to improve platform usability.
• Analysis and Insights: monitor metrics, perform basic data analysis, prepare reports.
• Roadmap Support: help maintain the product roadmap and document feature ideas.
• Competitive Analysis: summarize industry trends and potential differentiation.
