The Product Strategy & Development Manager sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution. You will own the entire pricing intelligence and launch process for new treatments and products—ensuring every offer enters the market competitively, hits its gross-margin (GM) targets, and lands smoothly across all functions (medical, supply chain, training, sales, and marketing). You’ll also act as the analytical backbone for ad-hoc product initiatives such as clinical trials, translating data into crisp recommendations for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Competitor Pricing Analysis: Regularly monitor competitor treatment/product pricing and promotional strategies. Ensure our pricing remains competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Gross Margin Oversight: Ensure each treatment/product meets the gross margin target based on pre-defined baseline costs.
- End-to-End Launch Project Management: Act as PIC for all product/treatment launches. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, Doctors Committee, Learning & Development, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales/Growth, and Marketing to ensure timely and successful rollout.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Manage stakeholder timelines, align go-to-market strategies, and facilitate decision-making across multiple departments.
- Ad-Hoc Product Projects: Support strategic product initiatives such as clinical trials or efficacy studies by handling data setup, progress monitoring, and reporting insights.
Qualifications:
- Strong at data analysis and data management skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with BI tools or SQL is a plus).
- Proven project management capabilities: detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple complex timelines and workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to align various teams and ensure execution consistency.
- Experience in product management, commercial strategy, or project-based roles in healthcare, aesthetics, FMCG, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
