Job Description:
1. Assist in managing the full product lifecycle for insurance features: from discovery to launch and iterations.
2. Analyze user behavior, pain points, and market trends to identify opportunities for new insurance products or improvements.
3. Support in writing clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
4. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define user experiences that are intuitive and user-friendly.
5. Work with business, legal, and insurance partners to ensure compliance, product accuracy, and regulatory needs are met.
6. Track product performance using data and user feedback; suggest optimizations based on insights.
7. Support go-to-market (GTM) activities: work with marketing, customer service, and operations for product launches and education.
8. Actively participate in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
9. Stay updated on insurance market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fields. (Internships count!)
2. Interest or experience in Insurance, Fintech, E-commerce, or Digital Services industries is a must.
3. Strong analytical thinking – comfortable with data, user research, and A/B testing basics.
4. Clear and effective communication skills – ability to talk with engineers, designers, and business teams.
5. Proactive, curious, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
