Job summary

PT. AESENDIA INFINI INDONESIA seeks a Product Specialist to train sales and marketing staff, perform client demonstrations, and analyze market opportunities in the premium aesthetic devices sector.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Biology/Biotechnology/Biomedical Engineering with 2–3 years in medical devices, and excels in English and Indonesian communication. Local and overseas trainings are provided, with a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biotechnology/Biomedical Engineering or related fields.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in Medical Device or related industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about aesthetic industry, healthcare innovation, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Product Training: Conduct comprehensive product training sessions for our sales & marketing team, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our product portfolio.
• Client Training: Conduct comprehensive demo and training session for clients, in theory and practice.
• Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitors' products to identify opportunities and threats.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies.
• Campaign Monitoring: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics.
• KOL Management: Collaborate with key opinion leaders to amplify brand awareness and drive sales.

Qualifications
