Lead the BTS product team to work closely with Mill Sales Managers to identify and clarify customer needs, making technical justifications to convince customers on the best solution, support the sales team to obtain successful contracts with customers, and ensure a smooth project and delivery process.
Communicate with business unit and technology unit specialists to keep updated with products, service production process, and application policy as well as implementing product strategies in responsible market areas.
Aware of market situation and playing an important role to support/drive BTS business to achieve multi-dimensional targets.
Lead BTS budgeting and strategy making. Responsible for achieving targets BTS OB, NS, PM%. Review results against budget/target, analyze deviation, and propose actions as well as implementation and follow-up. Lead region BTS team on sales and promotion activities, including driving proactive selling to address customer pain points and new product launches. Lead region BTS team on troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints. Work together with workshop to ensure proper project management, leading the customer interface side. Ensure high-quality support and fast response time for sales (quote generation, technical support, and application). Ensure high-quality support for projects and service delivery and monitor cost-efficient operations (coordinating order handling, engineering, and project management customer interface efforts). Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction of delivery/agreement, follow customer application. Capability planning (training, career planning) and development (e.g., widening technical scope of experts). Keep updated with product information, production process, and application policy. Responsible for development of BTS BU (e.g., quote generation, technical support, project management). Keep updated on market situation, competitors' movements, and customers' situations. Perform other tasks necessary to achieve the planned targets.
