A leading recruitment firm seeks a Product Sales Engineer to promote Huawei's solutions in the Indonesian market. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and sales teams, maintain relationships with clients, and participate in strategic planning to drive business growth. The role requires strong sales experience in ICT and excellent communication skills.
As an IP Product Sales Engineer (IP PSE), you will be responsible for promoting Huawei’s product solutions in the Indonesian Enterprise Market, working closely with both technical and sales teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Huawei product solutions within the Indonesia Enterprise Market.
Liaise with the technical department to communicate Huawei Datacomm solutions effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.
Plan and support marketing and branding activities for the enterprise business segment.
Participate in industry events, technology forums, and presentations to increase market awareness.
Monitor competitor activities and develop alternative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to sales team members.
Present products to customers and raise awareness of Huawei’s product portfolio.
Develop strategic plans for the Huawei enterprise product market over 2-3 years, including resource allocation for manpower and marketing investments, and lead the team to achieve business goals.
Ensure competitiveness of Huawei enterprise solutions by offering differentiated, customized, and scenario-based solution strategies for customer needs and competition.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other ICT-related fields.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on product/solution sales experience in the ICT industry, particularly in the enterprise business sector.
Strong professional knowledge including:
Familiarity with routers, switches, carrier, and enterprise network architectures.
Knowledge of various network protocols such as IGP, BGP, SR, MPLS, SRv6, L2VPN, L3VPN, etc.
Understanding of customer network setups in the financial industry and awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of mainstream vendors.
Professional skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, networking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships.
Good understanding of the local industry ecosystem with influence in the market.
Project operation skills including lead generation, opportunity conversion, solution development, implementation, and successful project delivery.
Transaction management skills including commercial strategy development, price management, and achieving profit targets.
