Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL, and project management tools.

Strong understanding of business processes, financial markets, and the trading industry.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data sets.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams and present complex information clearly.

Experience in project management (experience as a Product Manager or in Product Research is a plus).

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
