BMW Group Indonesia is currently looking for a Product & Pricing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage product portfolio and lifecycle for Indonesia (current / future models, develop new business cases, calculate the retail price for use by the company).
- Support the homologation process of new and updated models.
- Prepare and execute product presentations at launch events, support training, dealer briefing, agency briefing or any other department/dealer.
- Identify market potential and establish the product and models to be launched in Indonesia.
- Determine specifications for the products and models with high potential for the Indonesian market.
- Establish pricing for the product and models approved by management for sale in Indonesia taking into consideration tax structure, the required margin of the company and dealers.
- Provide expert advice and information on the product.
- Participate in production planning for each model of cars to be sold in Indonesia to give expert advice on market potential and probability.
- Conduct market feedback from competition and report to management the sales of competitors and the market share of BMW.
- Lis[e]e with the customs and excise tax departments on tax calculations for different models and options.
- Support training about the new product before product launch to all respective departments and dealers (if capacity is still available).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in automotive business (sales and/or marketing, and sales and/or marketing management function).
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Profound knowledge of the luxury car market and consumer behaviour.
- Attention to detail, strong numeric skills.
- Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to determine problems and give quick and viable solutions.
- Presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently & be accountable.
