Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Owner – POS to lead the development of our POS platform. You will bridge business goals and technical execution—managing the product roadmap, collecting user feedback, and ensuring we deliver the right features to the right users at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our POS system
• Define and prioritize product backlog based on customer needs and business impact
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders
• Gather feedback from users and internal teams to refine product features
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• Lead product demos, user testing, and sprint planning
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements continuously

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in POS, ERP, or retail tech
• Strong understanding of POS workflows (cashier, kitchen display, payment, inventory)
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technical teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or Odoo (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in POS solutions for F&B or multi-outlet retail
• UI/UX sensitivity and experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Knowledge of integration with loyalty programs, QR ordering, or customer displays
