A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within the tech or software development industry.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; a Scrum Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.

Proficient in both English and Mandarin.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle management (PLM).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints effectively.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management platforms.

A strong user-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into product requirements.

Define the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Create and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on the most impactful features and improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality product increments.

Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective development cycles.

Ensure product requirements and user stories are well-defined and understood by the development team.

Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product evolution.

Actively manage risk and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of product releases.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding project status, upcoming releases, and roadmap adjustments.
