• Basic understanding of information systems or application development lifecycle.
• Familiar with BRD, functional requirements, or user stories.
• Comfortable with documentation and structured analysis.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn product development processes.
• Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum is a plus.
• Interest in fintech or digital banking products is an advantage.
• Commit to a 6-month full-time internship.

Responsabilidades

• Support Product Owner and Product Manager in running assigned business and system development projects
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and user requirements for digital applications
• Support BRD, user stories, and functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with IT Development team during system development, testing and implementation phases
• Assist in project monitoring, including tracking progress, issues, and timelines
• Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation, execution, and documentation
• Coordinate with Operations team to document system procedures and process flows
• Assist in ensuring smooth implementation of new features and system enhancements
• Prepare basic reports and documentation related to product development activities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, and functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with IT Development team during system development, testing and implementation phases
• Assist in project monitoring, including tracking progress, issues, and timelines
• Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation, execution, and documentation
• Coordinate with Operations team to document system procedures and process flows
• Assist in ensuring smooth implementation of new features and system enhancements
• Prepare basic reports and documentation related to product development activities
  

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of information systems or application development lifecycle.
• Familiar with requirement documentation such as BRD, functional requirements, or user stories (academic or project experience is acceptable).
• Comfortable working with documentation and structured analysis.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn product development processes.
• Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology is a plus.
• Interest in fintech or digital banking products is an advantage.
