Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar within software development projects.
• Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with SDLC methodologies including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories, and drive product vision and execution.
• Proficient in project and product management tools, including: Wrike, Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including development, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user research, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications.
• Capable of tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables across different teams and tools.
• Familiar with backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong decision‑making skills and ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
