We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for handling challenges in Settlement and Reconciliation, as well as working on Senangpay requirements.

What Will You Do:

• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements.
• Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Implement customer requirements for specific Project.
• Works closely with engineering, sales, partner, and operations to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Passion for solving real people problems at scale
• Impact focus and consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business.
• Data-minded. Must deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact.
• Depth of experience leading major product or growth initiatives across multiple products, platforms and feature clusters
• Verbal & written communication that is clear and effective.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory
• T-shaped personality, a good understanding of technology, business, UI/UX, and data, with a strong understanding in one of those areas
• Data-driven, excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Being familiar with the Agile manifesto & principles have experience in Scrum methodology is a plus point.
• Excellent teamwork skills to work with cross-function teams and lead the team toward the same vision and goal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having experience in Banking/Financial Services is a plus
• Willing to work from the office in Jakarta
