Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT in managing project management functions in the development of information technology systems, including planning and monitoring until project completion.
• Cooperate with the Operations unit in compiling necessary system procedures.
• Define and create Business Requirement Documents.
• Ensure the creation and development of systems/applications and procedures align with user requirements.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of application features and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management.
