PT. Nusantara Duta Solusindo is seeking a Product Owner to join and strengthen our team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about technology, has a strong analytical mindset, excels in problem-solving, and has a proven track record in developing effective software solutions for complex systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams (this is not a Business Analyst role).
• Excellent ability to define product requirements and translate them into well-documented Epics and User Stories.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.).
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the entire lifecycle of digital product(s), from ideation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with business objectives.
• Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog based on impact and urgency.
• Lead sprint planning sessions and make real-time decisions to support efficient sprint execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Perform regular backlog grooming and ensure all user stories have clear and testable acceptance criteria.
• Ensure each sprint execution aligns with the product direction and drives value to users.
• Write, prioritize, and manage Epics and User Stories to reflect user and business needs.
• Monitor the quality of product delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical teams and maintain strong communication across departments.
