About The Role:

• Settlement Squad to handle next challenges in Settlement: Same day settlement, multiple Settlement Bank, Prefund, Multicurrency.
• Reconciliation Squad to handle next challenges and Reconciliation: Recon as a Service, Dispute, Refund, Chargeback.

What Will You Do:

• Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Implement customer requirements for specific projects.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, partners, and operations to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Show passion for solving real people problems at scale.
• Focus on impact and have a track record of delivering measurable results for both users and the business.
• Be data-minded. Understand deeply how your products work and how to measure long-term impact.
• Have experience leading major product or growth initiatives across multiple products, platforms, and feature clusters.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• T-shaped personality with good understanding of technology, business, UI/UX, and data, with strength in at least one area.
• Data-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and experience in Scrum is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is a plus.
• Willing to work from the office in Jakarta.
