This role requires broad experience about Digital Banking products which can be vary depending on the unit which requires the candidate (e.g. Liabilities, Wealth, Financing, Payment, Registration, BAAS, etc), the role also require soft skill such as presentation skill, benefit & cost assessment skill, digital user experience skill, communication skill with broad knowledge of digital technology.
