OTO.com operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, re-financing, dealer inventory funding, multifinancing, and auto insurance.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead marketing initiatives for our product, where customers post paid advertisements on our website. This role requires strong collaboration across teams to support business growth through data-driven marketing and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential cities and customer segments for the Business Classified product.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing models, based on market trends and customer behavior.
  • Create comprehensive briefs for the Sales team, ensuring they are well-informed about product value propositions, target markets, and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to provide input based on market insights, user feedback, and business needs.
  • Lead and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and other performance marketing efforts to drive product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and market trends to continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or business strategy, preferably within a similar industry (classifieds, digital ads, marketplace, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a company offering digital advertising, classifieds, or marketplace services.
  • Familiarity with B2C operations flow and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and online customer acquisition channels.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, market potential analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
