Job Description
- Lead research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
- Define and execute corporate travel growth strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, optimizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and user experience.
- Develop a sales pipeline by identifying new leads through market strategies and marketing activities such as client events and workshops.
- Manage external PR and communications for corporate travel, liaise with internal stakeholders, and drive social media, SEO, and digital strategies to enhance the Traveloka for Business brand.
- Ensure all communications comply with the Traveloka group standards, including website, sales materials, and other activities.
- Participate actively in the Corporate Travel country leadership team, collaborating with sales, account management, product, engineering, design, and HR to drive revenue growth.
- Manage partnerships with third parties to ensure commercial success, sales opportunities, marketing activities, and brand enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Management; high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic presentation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B markets and route-to-market strategies in product and channel marketing.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with 3-5 years in corporate travel marketing preferred.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, including pivot tables and macros.
- Mature, self-driven, resilient, and able to embrace challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with passion and dedication.
- Experience working independently as a hands-on marketer with an understanding of product and brand guidelines.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and perform under pressure.
