Job Description

  1. Plan and execute CRM and loyalty engagements, campaign planning, launch strategy, and ongoing optimization
  2. Measure, monitor, evaluate and refine CRM programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and increasing revenue
  3. Manage end-to-end segmentation, automation, optimisation, personalization, and reporting of the user lifecycle
  4. Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g. DAU/MAU, purchases)
  5. Analyze and enhance CRM initiatives through A/B testing

Requirements

  1. Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field
  2. 1-2 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics roles
  3. Proficient in delivering campaigns and managing automation with rigorous A/B testing
  4. Excellent project management and communication skills
  5. Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment
  6. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Braze, SFMC) is a plus
  7. Experience in HTML is a plus
