Job summary

AstraZeneca Indonesia Marketing is seeking a proactive marketing professional to support development of brand plans, digital and field activities, and promotional materials for assigned products. You will assist with budget development and work closely with the sales force to align materials and campaigns.

The role offers exposure to local market dynamics, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to launches while ensuring compliance and timely execution of marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biosciences, Medical, or Pharmacy.
• Ability to manage medium-sized marketing projects.
• Strong collaboration and influence across teams.
• Attention to detail and compliance with regulations.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities with cost effectiveness, supporting brand management strategies.
• Plan and design promotional material/tools to support the sales/marketing objectives.
• Support new product launching preparation.
• Join field work with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand building.
• Monitor campaigns for sales promotion.
• Train, motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand
• Assist/develop Brand Strategic Plan and Brand Operational Plan.
