Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a respected client in the Pharmaceutical Distribution industry. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager - Women's Health to lead product marketing initiatives. This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for oncology products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product execution.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, KOL interviews, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Provide strategic training and marketing materials to field sales teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on assigned oncology products.
  • Develop, manage, and track brand budgets to optimize ROI on marketing activities.
  • Drive go-to-market plans and manage product launches (new indications, line extensions).
  • Ensure launch readiness across functions and monitor KPIs post-launch.



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 2-3 years specifically in oncology.
  • Strong knowledge of oncology market dynamics and treatment pathways.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders (e.g., KOLs, agencies).
  • Understanding of local and global pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and drive decisions.
