Qualifications

  • Minimal 3 years' experience in the poultry/livestock market, preferably in animal health.
  • Good understanding of the livestock market in Indonesia.
  • Fluent written/verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen business vaccines in Indonesia with product and marketing support.
  • Work with sales teams to develop sales farm applications.
  • Budget and forecast products; analyze market trends.
  • Develop relationships with key accounts and decision makers.
  • Conduct field trials and programs related to products.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

Strengthen business vaccines in Indonesia; taking the lead on product, marketing and technical support of vaccines in the livestock industry

Work in team with SCI sales teams, Internal Group and Suppliers to develop the sales farm application

Budgeting and forecasting product; evaluate and analysis trend market; obtain competitive field intelligence

Develop strong relationships with key accounts and must be comfortable when meeting key decision makers

Conduct and monitoring of field trial and programs vaccination related to our product

Develop new product launches and marketing ideas in close collaboration with the suppliers

Expanding marketing strategy and identifying routes to market for the products, identifying market requirements, adapting/giving training in sales tools to sales staff, organize seminars for customers, promote contribution in technical magazines (generated by the supplier or internal team), promote trials with customers and institutes/universities to demonstrate the use of our products (with support from the suppliers)

Establish SCI reputation as a preferred distributor for the feed industry and animal health products
