Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in agile product development, exceptional documentation skills, and a passion for building intuitive, data-driven dashboard products in the Technology/IoT space. You will work closely with WTS Management to translate business and functional requirements into actionable product plans, guiding the development team from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and functional requirements into clear, comprehensive product requirement documents
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and mockups to visualize product concepts and features
• Develop functional specifications including user flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Own and manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and ongoing prioritization of features
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic business goals
• Prepare system user manuals and guides for internal and external users

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the Technology or IoT sector.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (Confluence, Jira, Figma).
• Proven ability to write and maintain product/functional documentation, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Skilled at designing user journeys, workflows, and wireframes to support clear development handoff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
