Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the product management processes for Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offerings, including strategy development, product definition, and lifecycle management.
2. Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in cybersecurity and MSSP services.
3. Collaborate with security, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product features, enhancements, and roadmap for MSSP solutions.
4. Create detailed product requirements and documentation, ensuring that security solutions align with client expectations and industry standards.
5. Engage with customers and partners for feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement of MSSP service offerings.
6. Analyze product performance and customer satisfaction metrics to inform strategic decisions and enhance service delivery.
7. Develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials to support successful product launches and marketing efforts.
8. Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to ensure business objectives are met.
9. Stay current on cybersecurity threats, technologies, and compliance requirements to inform product enhancements and updates.
10. Provide training and support to sales teams on the technical aspects and advantages of the MSSP offerings.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on Managed Security Services.
3. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, MSSP frameworks, and relevant regulatory compliance.
4. Proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from conception to successful market introduction.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.
