The Insurance team at tiket.com is responsible for building and optimizing insurance products that enhance customer confidence and security in their travel experience. We work closely with insurance partners, product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to create seamless and valuable protection plans tailored for our users.

Our goal is to drive insurance adoption by designing innovative, easy-to-understand, and competitively priced offerings that add value to every travel booking. We focus on customer-centric solutions, ensuring that insurance enhances the overall journey rather than being just an add-on.

We rely on data-driven decision-making, continuously analyzing user behavior and market trends to refine our products. The impact of our work directly influences user experience, purchase decisions, revenue growth, and customer trust in tiket.com's ecosystem.

By joining the Insurance team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our insurance offerings.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Define and execute the insurance product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to identify new opportunities for travel insurance products.
  • Develop and own the insurance product roadmap, writing clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Work cross-functionally with technology, partnerships, operations, and marketing teams to launch and enhance insurance offerings.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including insurers, regulators, and internal teams, to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize product performance, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
  • Drive innovation by coming up with out-of-the-box solutions to enhance insurance penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead agile product development cycles, including backlog management, sprint planning, and feature launches.
  • Define key metrics and track product success, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
