Introduction to the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager with expertise in Web3 technologies, cryptocurrency exchanges, and fintech to lead our product development and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in product management, a strong understanding of blockchain and related technologies, and a passion for creating user-centric financial solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products.
• Analyze user needs and conduct market research to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver aligned products.
• Define and track success metrics for products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
• Stay updated on trends in Web3, cryptocurrency exchanges, and fintech to keep our products competitive.
• Work with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize features and manage the backlog to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Who will excel?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• At least 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, especially with Web3, DeFi, and crypto exchanges.
• Proven success in launching and growing innovative tech products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, and relevant regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Passion for fintech innovation and staying current with technology trends.
• Possess either: [1] Strong B2B experience contributing to enterprise B2B/B2B2C offerings, or [2] Extensive B2C experience managing large user base products.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate cross-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of software development tools and best practices.
• Ability to manage workloads across multiple countries and time zones.
• Experience managing third-party stakeholders and government relations is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment like Fasset.
