About the Role

As a Product Manager for the Fulfillment platform at Gojek, you will be responsible for crafting the product's vision, setting strategic objectives and timelines, and leading the realization of this vision to grow the Fulfillment business in alignment with company goals. You will collaborate extensively across departments, liaise with business and regional teams, and coordinate with other product teams connected to the Fulfillment team.

What Will You Do

1. Deliver: Execute and launch products and features with precision.
2. Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specifications, create wireframes and workflows, and demo early and often.
3. Design configurable and adaptable solutions tailored to diverse needs.
4. Clarify requirements and impacts to the development team and stakeholders, and define go-to-market strategies for adoption.
5. Use data to analyze feature adoption and impact, and improve features to address merchant pain points.
6. Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand and realize their goals.
7. Prioritize and plan product features through stakeholder alignment.

What You Will Need

• At least 2 years of experience, including 1-2 years in data, business, tech, or product roles.
• Critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Data-driven with excellent analytical skills; experience with experimentation is a plus.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience working with agile teams and distributed teams is preferred.
