This role involves designing innovative tour packages, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with operations, marketing, and suppliers to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative tour packages for all Indonesian destinations.
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and travel trends.
  • Update and maintain tour product details in our travel system to ensure accuracy in pricing, itineraries, and availability.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and promotion.
