We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product & Strategy Associate Consultant to join our Product Management team. This role supports both internal product initiatives and client engagements, blending product development execution with business analysis. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator who is eager to grow their consulting and product management skills in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

What will you do

Product Management Support:

Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and backlogs.

Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions.

Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery.

Support go-to-market efforts including launch planning, documentation, and customer communication.

Track KPIs and assist with reporting product performance and outcomes.

Contribute to client deliverables by conducting research, data analysis, and presentation development.

Help assess client operations and business challenges to identify areas for improvement.

Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions alongside senior team members.

Assist in drafting strategic recommendations under the guidance of more senior consultants.

Manage meeting logistics, timelines, and documentation for project teams.

Foster communication and alignment across internal and client stakeholders.

Take ownership of defined workstreams and deliverables with accountability for timelines and quality.

What you will need

2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or management consulting.

Exposure to agile development, user-centric design, or strategy consulting is a plus.

Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
