VanguardCX, a brand of Nice People Club, specializes in digital product design, offering services from concept development to UI/UX Design. We're looking for a Product Manager who is deeply immersed in the world of digital design and understands the nuances of creating compelling user experiences.

The Role
As a Product Manager at VanguardCX, you will:

• Guide projects from conceptualization to the final stages of UI/UX design, ensuring that each product meets the high standards of quality and innovation that VanguardCX is known for.
• Play a pivotal role in our UI/UX Audit service, analyzing existing client products to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with designers, guiding the design process with a keen understanding of modern UI/UX principles.
• Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking new ways to enhance our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of working in related field (working in digital product agency is a plus
• Understand development process from UIUX design into live app
• Lead the UI/UX design process for digital products, from initial concept to final design deliverables.
• Conduct thorough UI/UX audits for client products, providing insightful recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure design projects align with client objectives and user needs.
• Foster collaboration and communication within the design team and with other stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in digital product design and user experience.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing innovative design with practical timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing UI/UX design projects.
• Strong knowledge in UI/UX design and UX research.
• Proficient in Figma, with the ability to guide and review design work within the platform.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Capable of skillfully conducting UI/UX audits and adept at offering practical, impactful recommendations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• A degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
