We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop detikcom, which has many channels to embrace the right user segmentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team, Designer, IT, Data, & Editorial Team in the product development lifecycle, understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth, launch new products and features, evaluate their performance, and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detikcom which has many channels to be able to embrace the right user segmentation.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team, Designer, IT, Data, & Editorial Team in the product development lifecycle.
• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
• Launch new products and features, evaluate their performance, and iterate quickly.
• Create detailed product requirement specifications, drive a team, define OKR’s and roadmap.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in building websites, evaluating, and improving performance.
• Be interested in the online media business and journalism process, always follow the latest news.
• Be skilled in UI/UX fundamentals, capable of sketching and creating wireframes.
• Be able to translate ideas into attractive presentation decks and present them to stakeholders.
• Have excellent coordination and communication skills, able to work with people from various backgrounds and ages.
• Be accustomed to critical thinking, analytical, and working based on data.
• Be fluent in English (oral and written).
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
