Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim penjualan untuk mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi strategi penjualan, serta memberikan dukungan teknis kepada klien. Calon ideal memiliki gelar di bidang Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur dan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dalam bahasa Inggris serta Bahasa Indonesia.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients, explaining complex technical information in an understandable way. Provide pre-sales technical support, including needs assessment and solution recommendations. Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations. Maintain customer relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, construction companies, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Address customer inquiries and provide technical assistance post-sale. Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with technical support or service teams as needed. Ensure all product-related activities comply with relevant medical device regulations and quality standards (e.g., ISO, CE, FDA, local health ministry regulations). Become the subject matter expert for all assigned construction work and medical devices, including their features, benefits, technical specifications, and clinical applications. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in both medical devices and construction.
