Job summary

Sea Labs Indonesia is hiring a product manager to join Shopee's search & recommendation team. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and stakeholders to deliver scalable enhancements and AI-powered capabilities in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

You will translate business goals into PRDs, own media-related product requirements including SDKs and video workflows, and help strengthen platform infrastructure and dashboards for cross-surface integration across Indonesia and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of working experience; preferably in e-commerce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in SQL and Python (or related data-analysis languages).
• Good communication and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written.
• Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, BI, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable system enhancements.
• Improve internal data dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure accurate metric definitions, performance tracking, and stakeholder visibility.
• Drive integration and deployment of AI-powered capabilities into production systems, including defining evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and success metrics.
• Own product requirements for media-related capabilities, including SDK enhancements, video processing flows, playback performance, and upload stability.
• Strengthen core platform infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, and cross-surface integration.
• Translate business objectives and technical opportunities into clear product requirements and structured PRDs.
