Your main duties in flying with us:
- Analyze development needs
- Conduct extensive competitive product evaluations and analysis
- Gather user and customer feedback to deeply understand their needs
- Prioritize product roadmap and own the product requirements flowing from customer needs
- Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories
- Lead agile product development processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
- Manage various products independently
- Evangelize ideas that solve real customer problems
- Collaborate with technology, trade partnership, operations, and marketing teams to craft solutions to customer needs
- Coordinate with other product teams to synchronize release plans and deliver optimal customer experiences
- Review user stories to ensure delivery aligns with initial requirements
- Formulate concrete features based on internal and customer needs
- Document product functionality and communicate it effectively to users
- Review scenario tests to ensure the delivery meets initial requirements
- Create and track metrics to measure success and guide future improvements
- Set product strategy, plan both short-term and long-term improvements to meet business goals
Mandatory requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager with a passion for product management
- A proactive, energetic attitude with a positive mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science, Engineering, or a related field
