About the Role

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept development and market research to launch and post-launch performance evaluation. This role works closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, marketing, sales, production, and supply chain to deliver consumer-focused and competitive products that align with the company’s business strategy.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy Development:

  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation or line extensions based on market trends.

Consumer and Market Research:

  • Conduct or analyze quantitative and qualitative consumer research.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Product Development and Innovation:

  • Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams.
  • Define product specifications including packaging, pricing, and positioning.

Product Launch Planning:

  • Prepare business cases and go-to-market plans for new product introductions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure strong market entry.
  • Develop pricing strategies and distribution plans aligned with target segments.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Monitor product performance using sales data, market share, and customer feedback.
  • Recommend and implement improvements or repositioning strategies.
  • Ensure profitability and cost efficiency of products throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Min D3 / Bachelor’s degree all major
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, Brand Manager, or related role in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes, supply chain, and market dynamics in consumer goods.
