Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and growth of our payment ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end product roadmap, collaborating with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to deliver scalable fintech solutions that drive user and merchant value.

You should have 3+ years in payments/fintech product leadership, deep knowledge of payment infrastructure, and a data-driven mindset to optimize pricing,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payments/fintech product leadership.
• Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure and workflows (acquiring, settlement, reconciliation, KYC/AML, risk controls).
• Proven ability to deliver scalable products and drive business outcomes.
• Strong analytical mindset and product execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy across payment gateway, acquiring, merchant solutions, and digital payment product.
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, including: transaction processing, Payment routing & channels, Settlement & reconciliation, Refunds & disputes, Ledger and accounting capability.
• Lead product management best practices, including PRD development, prioritization, release management, and product performance review.
• Drive growth and monetization initiatives through pricing strategy, revenue models, promotions, and experimentation.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-performing payment product.
