About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Surabaya. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, product roadmap, market research, pricing strategy, and product communication. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to deliver new features and drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap based on company vision and user feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and marketing teams
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to validate ideas
• Translate business requirements into user stories and product features
• Prioritize product backlogs and manage sprints with the tech team
• Monitor product performance, gather analytics, and iterate based on user behavior
• Ensure product releases are delivered on time, with high quality and business impact
