Dahua Vision Technology Indonesia invites an internship candidate to support Product Management, Operations, and Data tasks in Pekanbaru. You will assist pricing, data maintenance, and cross-team coordination with Product, Sales, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese preferred.
• Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome (start as intern for 3 months).
• Interest in technology, IT, security products, smart hardware, or related industries.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly accurate with data and product information.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the product pricing process, including price applications, approvals, releases, and updates.
• Maintain and regularly update product price lists to ensure pricing information is accurate.
• Follow up on pricing changes and coordinate with Product, Sales, Finance, and other teams for smooth implementation.
• Assist in handling customer and project-related product customization requests.
• Coordinate with HQ and local teams to ensure customization requirements are communicated and followed up.
• Maintain product information, pricing, model numbers, specifications, and other related data.
• Regularly check product and pricing information to identify data inconsistencies.
• Support product data analysis and provide accurate information for the Product and Sales teams.
• Recommend suitable alternative models when products are discontinued or out of stock.
• Compare product specifications, functions, and pricing to identify replacement models.
• Support the Sales team with daily product inquiries and model matching.
• Assist Product Managers with daily product management and business support activities.
• Support other product-related tasks and projects assigned by the Product Manager.

Job description

• -Assist with the product pricing process, including price applications, approvals, releases, and updates.

• -Regularly check product and pricing information to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• -Support product data analysis and provide accurate information for the Product and Sales teams.
• -Recommend suitable alternative models when products are discontinued, out of stock, or subject to other product changes.
• -Compare product specifications, functions, and pricing to identify appropriate replacement models.
• -Support the Sales team with daily product inquiries and model matching.

Product Management Support

• -Assist Product Managers with daily product management and business support activities.
• -Support other product-related tasks and projects assigned by the Product Manager.

Job Requirements

• -Fluent in written and spoken English, can speak Chinese preferred.
• -Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Engineering, or other related fields.
• -Fresh graduates are welcome (but need to start as intern first for 3 months)
