Responsibilities
- Own product lifecycle of HRIS / Payroll / EWA modules: from research, requirement gathering, PRD writing, to launch.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Work closely with clients, sales, and implementation teams to understand pain points and translate them into product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (labor law, BPJS, OJK for EWA).
- Define and monitor product metrics, analyze usage data, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS, HRTech, Fintech, or ERP.
- Knowledge of HRIS/payroll processes and financial technology in Indonesia.
- Strong skills in requirement analysis, PRD writing, wireframing, backlog management.
- Data-driven mindset, able to use analytics tools for product decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
