Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle of HRIS / Payroll / EWA modules: from research, requirement gathering, PRD writing, to launch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Work closely with clients, sales, and implementation teams to understand pain points and translate them into product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations (labor law, BPJS, OJK for EWA).
• Define and monitor product metrics, analyze usage data, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in SaaS, HRTech, Fintech, or ERP.
• Knowledge of HRIS/payroll processes and financial technology in Indonesia.
• Strong skills in requirement analysis, PRD writing, wireframing, backlog management.
